Your content remains yours — you grant Hot Mess OS a limited license to use it solely to provide the service.
Outputs may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
You agree not to:
Hot Mess OS is powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
You are responsible for independently verifying any AI-generated recommendation before acting on it. Hot Mess OS is not liable for decisions made based on AI outputs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hot Mess OS and Kristina Marie Kendrick shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the 90 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hot Mess OS and Kristina Marie Kendrick from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

14 days email notice before material changes. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
